Meeting Dates for 2007 & 2008

In affiliation with CTAP3 - ETLN (California Technology Assistance Project Region 3 - EdTech Leadership Network) program, general member meetings are being held in conjunction with the ETLN meetings held at the Sacramento County Office of Education. Listed below are the scheduled dates for meetings during the current school year. All dates listed are on Tuesday afternoons/evenings, with meeting times from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

April 8     May 6

Many school districts offer professional development hours for attending the training that occurs during these meetings. Check with your district office or district EdTech coordinator about specific requirements for your district. Copies of sign-in sheets and program agendas can be provided to you at the meetings.

Looking for New Officers

CapCUE is looking for members willing to assume leadership positions within CapCUE. The following positions are open at this time:

Regional Conference

In partnership with FETC, CUE is bringing back a Northern California conference. At this time, it is scheduled for October 2008. You can read more about it at the following link: http://www.cue.org/press/1105/

Looking for Ideas and Suggestions

The CapCUE leadership is always looking for ideas and suggestions to make our organization useful and fun for members. If you have any suggestions, even those which some might think are “wild and crazy”, send them to David Fraga at FragaDavidJames@comcast.net. The leadership team will evaluate what could be incorporated into our meetings with the ETLN, or even some separate CapCUE events.
