Regular meetings are held to share information on training opportunities, present classroom curriculum lessons, hear speakers from education and industry, plan for CapCUE supported events, discuss and budget for CapCUE sponsored grants, and to have conference attendees share their experience.

Each year, an annual CapCUE Regional Conference is sponsored. The conference, which attracts hundreds of local educators, provides workshops and demonstrations on the use of technology in education, geared to every level of experience. CapCUE is working in partnership with CTAP Region 3 to jointly sponsor a conference that we expect to be bigger and better than ever. In affiliation with CTAP3, the regional conference will be held on 2008 January 26 at Granite Bay High School (Roseville Unified High School District).
